Often the universe will afford you a mentor or guru to help you along your path when the going gets tough.
At SoulsTruth I offer creative and unique ways to set you free to live your life authentically. Living your life to other people’s expectations can bring about depression, chronic illness, aches and pains and general dis-ease. You can heal yourself and change your life!!

I offer various options to suit your needs:
Once off consultations
Vibrational energy healing, counselling, numerology, mentoring, teaching (i.e meditation, tarot, numerology, astrology, etc) – R400
Two hour consultations of “Me” time 
Book a two hour slot to relax in the garden, be creative, receive an energy healing, plan ahead, enjoy a cup of herbal tea from the garden or coffee and biscuits……exclusive time to tap into your Souls Truth. Re-energise, review, replan, re-boot, relax… – R500
Monthly check in programme
45 minute sessions on a weekly basis for 4 weeks to get you on track to your “authentic” you. – R800
(This is an extremely valuable programme, as by checking in regularly and being accountable for the way forward, helps you grow in bigger leaps)
More about vibrational energy healing
A vibrational energy healing stirs up issues or blockages and brings them to the surface of your consciousness so that you can deal with them and let them go.
I can’t heal you, you can heal yourself! I am here to uncover the issues and mirror them back to you so that you can make the choice to heal or not. You have the power to heal yourself, we all do, it is a matter of choice to live in pain and the old, or in happiness and joy. You are exactly where you want to be and can be exactly where you wish to be at the same time. It comes down to making a choice of which route you want to take. It is sometimes just necessary to acknowledge your issues and then consciously work with the intention of leaving them behind and doing things differently in order to bring about different results. (a mentoring programme will enhance the healing)
Numerology Consultations
Understanding the significance of your numbers can give you the ability to plan and work with the flow of the energies around you. So, for example, if you are feeling the need to retreat and go within, you may in a 7 year. It is important to acknowledge how you feel and work with your personal numbers to achieve harmony and success.
A numerology consultation will give you the tools to take the relevant steps forward to bring about personal, spiritual and business results and success.

One of my ways of relaxing and honouring my soul is doing creative tasks, such as baking, gardening, making natural soaps, stringing crystal bracelets and dangles and whatever grabs my creative attention at the time. I offer these for sale in the cabin, so feel free to give me a shout to browse and see if there is something that takes your fancy. I bake on order, and everything is baked with as natural as possible ingredients, i.e. butter, stone ground flour, free range eggs…….
